Brittany Hablewitz, MS, LPC

My name is Brittany Hablewitz, and I hold a master's degree in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, which I completed in May 2018. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), I am dedicated to providing quality counseling services.

In my practice, I offer adult and child individual therapy, as well as family and couples counseling. Although I am relatively new to the field, I have already helped clients address a range of issues such as depression, anxiety, couple's and family relationship problems, identity development, stress management, adjustment difficulties, and self-esteem concerns.

I firmly believe in the importance of examining situations from multiple perspectives and considering all aspects to find the best possible solutions. I recognize that individuals are shaped by both their upbringing and their current environment. Consequently, I work from a family systems perspective, while also drawing on tools and techniques from other therapeutic approaches including strengths-based, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and narrative therapies.

Diversity and inclusivity are core values in my practice. I am passionate about working with people of all ages, races, sexual orientations, gender identities, religions, and cultural backgrounds. Regardless of your background, I am committed to helping you discover new insights about yourself and working towards your overall well-being. I firmly believe that everyone is the expert on their own life, and my role is to assist individuals in accessing the keys to their own success.

My areas of specialization include depression, anxiety, couples and family relationship issues, stress management, adjustment difficulties, self-esteem issues, and grief and loss. By providing a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, I aim to guide individuals towards positive change, personal growth, and improved mental well-being.
